GBVery Happy We have started using Jotform at work for equipment intake forms. This has helped us get all pertinent info on every interaction. I have enjoyed it so much that I also now use it at my part time job for surveys and forms.

AUWe love Jotform We love Jotform! So easy to use, easy to create forms and easy for our customers to pay. This means a lot less hassle with emails and phone calls and allows us to get immediate payment. Highly recommend.

NZAn amazing form builder, but... I uses jotform for my business staff application on a free plan, do have to say i quite like it, they have the card design which is neat. Their conditions for forms are something that kept me here. Thinking to upgrade. But jotform does decide to lock sub users under their enterprise plan which is quite a bummer. Overall, i will still use them. Just quite disappointed no sub users until enterprise plan.

GBThey have a nice UI and functionality They have a nice UI and functionality, but their fees are overrated. I mean $45 a month to fill out forms doesn't make a lot of sense. You can get a lot more value for cheaper. Also, if you ever forget to cancel, good luck in getting a refund! Even if you never used it. This is what I had in an annual subscription, forgot to cancel within a month and refused to refund like $250 even though I didn't use it at all!
