She was there immediately as soon as I made my first inquiry using Adilo's chat widget. She was there with me for several hours (I was busy so had to return to our chat several times during the day) doing her best to problem-solve. I believe it is a trustworthy choice I strongly believe that I will not regret my migration from Vimeo to Adilo. It has fast support (live chat which is very significant) It has very nice interface and easy. If the developers notice some minor details then Adilo could be a major player.
