Speed of light It's the second time I am booking a server with survivalservers.com and I am just amazed by the service this company provides. Replies almost equal to the speed of light to inquiries and they offer a solution right away. A friend and I felt like playing Valheim again, but I booked a Sons of the Forest Server by accident (stupid me) and I received a refund confirmation after 5 minutes of opening a ticket, lol. Thanks again for the great customer support!

Superb support and services! First time hosting my own game server, went with Survival Servers because of price and good reviews. The support team has been superb in helping solve every little issue I have ever had, whether is sales or support related, answer is always right away and everyone is always very very helpful. Reliable and Great Experience! My friends and I have been using Survival Servers for about a week now playing Palworld in our private server. We have very minor lag spike issues at random, but nonetheless it doesn't ruin our gaming experience playing with at least 4-5 people minimum. They respond well and quick. If we have a problem connecting to our server, it only takes one click to restart it and a few minutes for it to be up and running. Truly a remarkable service from Survival Servers.

Fast servers, fast tech support I've been using Survivalservers for the past year for 7 Days and the past couple of months for Palworld. It has been consistently excellent. The tech support is great and has very fast response times. If you are looking for a reliable game server then look no further.

Palworld Mayhem (GOOD) After going to multiple sites to rent a server claiming to have open servers to rent just to find out I was put on a waitlist was rather annoying. Survival Servers actually did. I contacted someone in support to verify and within minutes of my purchase my server was active and ready for my group. The only complaint I have is probably the price being almost double others but if that's the cost to have a server with this PalWorld surge it's money well spent and in my opinion a drop in the bucket for gamers. $20/ month for a 24/7 server I control, when games now days cost $70 not to mention DLC's and in game purchases. Overall I can't complain.
