Solid product but lacks some basic functionality... The Realeflow product is a very good platform for real estate investors. Unfortunately, it does not offer and end-to-end solution like a few other apps. (i.e. telephony, removing or merging duplicate records, reporting, etc.) It has a strong marketing engine built within the product. The prospecting tool is great too. Very easy to use and pulls its data from public records. The Realeflow platform can send mass email and has a SMS/text function but the prospect has to opt-in before it can be used. Overall, it's better than most products on the market but maybe not as much of a powerhouse as some.

Realeflow, the real deal. The experts at Realeflow are always prompt, well informed, and sincerely present a genuine interest in my business. The free coursed provided are both informative, concise, and provide great assistance in managing my business.

I think I'll eventually be giving a… I think I'll eventually be giving a five star review once I fully understand how to navigate the system. There's just so much to learn! Anyway, I will say that my consultant was very polite and did everything in her power to make the experience a pleasant one.

CRM is great CRM is great, very efficient platform but somewhat limited and definitely a high priced sales funnel. The monthly expense opens the door for them to pitch one new product to you after another. Some are fairly priced but I'm sure all are just sales funnels. I personally think they should spend that money on new acquisitions instead of trying to nickel and dime their current customers.
