Does a very good job and was quick and easy to implement. This was recommended to me and it didn't disappoint. As a small business I was looking for a cost effective solution for automated email campaigns. This one is simple to use and while it doesn't have some of the fancy options of other email campaign software it does a very good job and was quick and easy to implement.

Totally broken product SendFox has been broken for over a month now. I'm talking about basic, advertised functionality, i.e. picking up content from RSS sources. Their editor has been broken as well. As a result, it's not possible to send out emails. That renders the product useless. I have reported the issue to support, and they have been unable to resolve this. I have demanded a refund, and they have not responded. This is the worst experience i've ever had with any product. Stay away.

I design and re-lay a monthly report… I design and re-lay a monthly report for Oak Grove Writers and Readers Association. It goes to various members via lists depending on content up to 2000+. You can manage schedules as well. This is in the form of an HTML email which is us highly customised. There is plenty of flexibility (maybe a few more options could be added). For regular email newsletters Sendfox is a great tool.

It's ok It's ok. I'm using it for simple email notifications about courses in conjunction with Wishlist Member. It works for this because you can have unlimited email lists without paying extra. However you can't set up automatically recurring emails, you can't put emails in folders, you can tag emails but can't seem to organise them by tags. You can set up automatic emails but there is no option to send them only to new members of the list - so everyone on that list gets them when they are first set up, which is not ideal. Overall it works but it's pretty basic. I'd love to find something that integrates better with Wishlist Member without being very expensive.

With SendFox, you simply can't go wrong! All in all it's been a great and simple experience making the transition from the more expensive services out there. Delivery seems to be improved as well, which is always welcoming. Sure, I'd like a few more Editing features such as the ability to adjust Font size, and the ability to add Custom colors more in line with our branding... but with the cost savings SendFox provides you simply can't go wrong.
