Misleading “Money back guarantee” Misleading marketing! Very disappointed with this iOS recovery software. Only after you have spent ages downloading a file do they tell you that you need the paid version to perform any recovery. They flaunt a “Money back guarantee” if the software doesn’t work for you so you think, “What have I got to lose?”. However, although I quickly discovered that it didn’t work for me, they claimed that my problem is a “hardware issue” and therefore I am only entitled to half of my money back. How do they know it’s a hardware issue? They cannot be certain of this without examining the phone. To be fair, their support team were quite quick to respond most of the time. I have subsequently discovered that all of the functionality of this software is readily available within MacOS and their software is basically a pretty front end GUI. Cannot recommend as their marketing is a scam.
