Jerry from Quetext was incredible … Jerry from Quetext was incredibly efficient and helpful. I no longer have access to the email address. I had to use to sign up for the plagiarism detector. I was still being charged and let him know, and it was taken care of in about 12 hours. Awesome!

Highly Recommend From my experience, it is the best plagiarism tool I’ve used. It takes a bit longer than others, but that tells me it’s doing the job. When I had a technical issue, I contacted support, and they quickly resolved it. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service I hadn’t realised I had signed up for Quetext pro until I noticed a monthly subscription payment going out. When I contacted Quetext, a very helpful member of the support team, named John, was able to locate the email address used for the account, cancel the subscription and get me a refund for the last month paid. I was very impressed by this high level of customer support.

No useable (small word minimum) free plagiarism checker on site, just an offer to upgrade to Pro. Classic bait and switch on new users. Going back to Grammarly.
