GBI am very happy with FrogeHost I am very happy with FrogeHost! From before I even became a customer, their customer service was awesome and promptly replied. They were able to answer all of my questions, and easily switched my cPanel files and info to DirectAdmin (which I like much better than cPanel!) I highly recommend FrogeHost! I am glad I made the switch to them. :)

GRMy experience is very short but great… My experience is very short but great so far. The server (directadmin shared hosting in Austria) is fast and the migration was done by the people of froge in a couple of hours. They always respond in less than an hour, which is very important. I moved away from my previous host because my last ticket was answered 3 days later.

NLFast servers and responsive support - great service! I moved one of my clients with multiple huge mailboxes over to Froge.Host and the migration was fast, seamless with no issues. Their support is top notch: tickets are replied to quickly and any requests or problems I have had have been resolved within the day. Love the fast servers and also the ability to use Redis caching on a shared hosting account - so much so I've moved my own website over to them recently. If they included access to the daily backups (via Acronis/Jetbackup or similar service) they would be the perfect host (shared hosting) for me! Currently you open a ticket and any backup restores are done by the support team which works fine, it just adds a delay to getting the data. I would highly recommend Froge.Host and am super happy with their service.
