Responsive and you get to talk to a real person When I can't find my code among my emails, I called and left a message on the voice mail. Fully anticipating an email reply, i got a pleasant surprise when Mr. Riddock the owner called me back within a few hours. He was able to resend the code and it worked the first time without any glitch!
