GBI am happy with LMD as it saves a lot… I am happy with LMD as it saves a lot of time when I appeal. I used to consume a lot of time to appeal on the portal but with LMD I select option (appeal) to give me a preprinted form with the insurance, claim image and EOB that has denial. I have option to attach claim history or any other attachment. The appeal is attached to the claim once it is generated so I can have a proof of doing it. They mail it for me or fax it whatever option I select. Also, I am happy for ERAs enrollment as I don't have to fill out any form, it is already filled out with provider information, this way it is easy to track on payments faster and smoother. Lastly, I always receive responses back about any issue I ask about which is very helpful. I need only improvement I need is about monthly report as I need report for submitted claims per day, reports for employees since we work remotely in a lot of times, this report enables me to locate the work done by who and if any mistakes related to fix but in meanwhile, employee will be able to learn to avoid that mistake in the future, it is important to know what work done by who. I understand, LMD focuses more on production of the provider but everything else is also related to the production. Thank you so much for your business, keep up with the hard work!

GBFinally... A user friendly software that doesn't cost an Arm & a Leg! I have used several softwares but this platform is by FAR the easiest to use and train others to use within your office. Cost effective solution to keep things organized and have your business running smoothly. I LOVE the chat option where you can message with a rep, its a great feature! I ask questions throughout the day and I always get detailed responses with additional tutorials attached. You can always request to speak with someone but the chat feature allows you to backtrack and look over explanations at a later time. Overall, one of the best platforms Ive used, I have done several tutorials with prospective billers for my office and they all have the same reaction... "Wow, that was Quick & Easy". No complaints here! 5 stars for sure!

GBLightning MD is the best! Lightning is user-friendly and straightforward. It has all of the necessary tools and features to complete the full revenue cycle. I would recommend Lightning MD to anyone!
