WE GOT SCAMMED - PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reviews on here are fake. We hired Web Verse Lab to build our website and it was a horrible experience. The 1st red flag is that they don't provide a clear contract for you to sign. We paid $1200 for our website- the overall design was poor and they ignored my initial requests. Then, I finally gave up and requested the website be transferred so I could make the rest of the changes. Initially, they told us the website transfer to our host would be free, then they wanted us to pay an additional $1440. Finally, after arguing with their aggressive sales reps, they sent us the raw website files to install ourselves- which we obviously do not have the experience to do since we are not web developers. This company abuses people who don't have web development knowledge and it needs to be investigated and shut down.
