Excellent experience from start to finish Excellent experience from start to finish. This is a novel tool and method which greatly facilitates the home-search process, I’ve never had so smooth an experience when looking for an apartment. Since it’s been 7 or 8 years since I was on the market for a place to live, I wasn’t sure what the market had to offer. After being contacted by Patrick A Neely following an online search I did, I realized this tool would basically do the search work for me. And being able to tailor the parameters to my desired location, size, and other factors allowed me to narrow my search so that I wasn’t flooded with homes that didn’t meet my needs. Patrick was extremely helpful in setting up the Application process and assisting me in gathering all the necessary items, which is another time-saving feature because most of these landlords accept this Application rather than requiring their own separate one. So it’s almost a one-size-fits-all approach, which is another factor that saves time and effort. Once I filled out and completed the universal application, I simply let the results come in on a near-daily basis and “star” the ones that I liked the most. Once I starred them, the landlord/realtor would be immediately notified of my interest and have access to my application. From there, I would be contacted by whoever was handling the process on their end, and set up a time to visit the home. Pat also provides his own service in contacting the landlord/owner regarding their schedules for viewing the home, coordinating times/dates, and providing consulting. Pat even offers to review the lease once a home is found and the application is accepted. This process was affordable. But more than anything, it saved me time and effort. With a full-time job I would find it challenging to perform all of these tasks individually all by myself. Before I found this method with Mr. Patrick Neely, I was overwhelmed. But once I got started, that feeling was replaced with relaxation as I quickly learned that there were so many possible homes rolling in on the search results, I was bound to find one that I loved. And I did! From start to finish, this process took about 6 weeks. I will be using this service in the future. Thank you!!
