MangoMail ended up being 50 cents cheaper, and had much better support. Example: I reached out when I joined to ask them to setup a guide on how to use it with the Spark Mail Client. Very simple and user-friendly email… Very simple and user-friendly email service. I am not a technical person, and encountered some minor issues during the setup process. I contacted customer support, and they promptly helped me resolve the problem.

Fabulous product, and the best customer support imaginable! Three minutes. That's how long it took to receive a personalized emailed reply to my customer support inquiry when I had questions, even after reviewing the super detailed guide provided (the issues were all my own - as an artist and not a computer person this whole process was quite foreign to me). Several emails and screenshots were exchanged, and within a very short time I was up and running. I used two other detailed guides to quickly and easily get my business emails showing on my computer and then on my phone, and everything is now functioning perfectly. The extreme promptness, patience and kindness of customer support, coupled with the simple to use website that is cram-packed with helpful information and guides make this a must-have product for business emails.

customer service is great customer service really is there to help, I have a 13-email-support chain with them yesterday and they were able to fix my DNS issues I had. I didn't realize originally that it didn't come with a client, mango mail is just the host side of things so you still need to open your email in a client like spark or thunderbird etc. But that was user error on my part. Mango interface is easy to use, looks nice and clean, inspires confidence in their service. So far my emails are working great. Thanks guys! :)
