Customer service on phone was horrible Was having issues w the website so I called to set up my insurance. The girl didn't offer the additional insurance I was trying to get, i had to ask and it made her mad, tried rushing me straight to my payment and sounded so irritated if I had even a single question. The whole call didn't last very long and def let me know I don't want to call w any questions. I'm a newer esthetician and want to feel comfortable calling if I need. I will be checking other options before I renew just because of this experience. Idk how coverage is, but service was awful and makes me nervous to trust them.
