GBAbsolutely excellent product Absolutely excellent product, and in as much as I can tell at the moment (I've used it three times with customers so far) is completely free. I now use it instead of my paid-for licence for Teamviewer which is now subscription-only and far too expensive. I use Helpwire for ad-hoc remote suppoert of Windows PCs, and it's really good. very simple to use - send the other end a link, which when they chick on it connects them strainght to me - no numbers and stuff, the link is customised and unique to connect them to me. It asks for their permission each time, and if they give it, I can see their screen and move/click their mouse, and type. I haven't tried file transfer yet, or admin access to the reote computer, but I believe they are possible. And that's it - simple, easy, and straightforward. I guess It's not easy so write a remore access program that works in such an uncomplicated and apparently easy way, so well done Helpwire. I shall keep using it unless something happens (e.g. it stops being free) to stop me.
