Simply the best I've bought SaaS products from other marketplaces like (which sound like SppAumo) and I've got to say pitchground is the best. Most of their SaaS great value for money and their customer support is simply the best. Not to mention the free case studies and seminars Udit Goenka puts out regularly, are absolute gems for small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Excellent marketplace with excellent community I have bought Scalenut from PG and I was having hard time to figure out how to pull things together. Just then I dropped a message in relevant chat seeking some help. Within no time Udit pinged me and offered assistance by blocking a calendar, and the brilliant thing here is the time that I wanted. I have bought few LTDs on other #1 Marketplaces sites aswell and no where I found such enthusiastic CEO who constantly engage with community and quick to respond. Great platform with awesome support. The best support team of all the SAAS product platforms. My communications were always smooth, quick and clear. Facebook group is very active and informative. The trusted platform to buy life time deal software. Always brings great deals which adds ton of value for our businesses on the long run. The UI experience is great and improving day after day. The product descriptions are clear and accurate. checkout process is simple and fast.

Potential for better future - Few great deals but not adequate customer support I will only focus on two factors, first, how well curated and property vetted the deals are and second customer support. In terms of deals, there have been very good deals like BrainCert and Nuelink, So bravo to PG for bringing these good deals like but there is a lot to be desired in terms of diversity of these deals as well quality but I believe things will improve soon. Customer support needs to be improved a lot. Responses to the queries regarding the deals and engaging the founders in these responses is very critical, this is where PG can improve. with regards to the interface there is a lot to be desired. For e.g. under purchases I can't click on the link to get back to the deal page. Introducing categories like social media, AI writers etc will help a lot more as well

I really love the deals that the company offers I'm a regular customer and I really love the deals that the company offers. It makes buying, for example, a lifetime deal of Scalify or Gifing so much more affordable!
