A company to use Good company was out on the day they said they would be there. Due to a prior job they had gotten get to my job a little later than expected. The guys stayed till after dark to make sure I had the work that needed to be completed for a project that I was haveing done that next day. Very thorough with attention to detail.

Only one company responded. Several lawn care companies were recommended, but do not service High Springs. Only one responded immediately and also did good work. Disappointing that the others recommended did not see fit to even reply - if to only say no.

All I can say it was a 5 Star Experience I trusted the Gentleman who came for the job and I believe he trusted us . So far we are very satisfied with the job I just hope the weeds won't grow too fast. The important thing that we were not pressured to agree on a regular service. I appreciate this a lot.

Missed Sprinkler Heads The tech was very thorough in his inspection, placing flags at points needing attention but still missed two spots that were important to me

For the contractor it can get very expensive My knowledge about the service advisor is that contractors get charged for the service and most companies will cover that charge within their bids for service. The contractor that doesn't get the job still gets charged and this is the complaint I get from the some of the contractors. I had one that was forwarded to me that the contractors location was over an hour away from my location. They didn't even service my area. He was willing to do the job but he honestly stated that location charge would most likely be applied to my bill. The person I did hire I knew. He was very local and by being so was able to use his contacts with suppliers to get better pricing to keep the job costs down.
