Long setup, helpful staff Setup took has taken ~100 hours due to technical problems hours as of writing. Have received hardware issues and not received a VPS yet, but staff are trying their best and have offered service that they don't advertise. Good ticket/support system available in their Discord. Will update this review when product is received. UPDATE: Staff have replaced our VPS temporarily with a free upgrade to a dedicated AMD Epyc 2nd gen processor (8c/16t) and added an extra 140 gigabytes of storage. Upped to 4 stars because I'm not sure how to give 4.5/5.

Informative & helpful It's early days for my budding MC server, Being experienced in co-owning a server, I wanted to start my own and get better acquainted with certain plugin configs. Outstanding customer support and great service I had an issue paying due to currency conversion. Ellis W. was really helpful and polite. They got the invoice fixed immediately and got my service started. The servers themselves are great. I can run a Minecraft server with like 100 mods and zero issues on their side. (The issues I got were because of my own mistake, but the file manager and console are easy to use even without the technical knowledge) Overall would definitely recommend to anyone looking for inexpensive hosting. If you take a look through Reddit you can find a promo code so it's even cheaper!
