GBGreat Company and s Live in a rural area where broadband via phone line is 3mbps and 4G between 7 and 15 mbps. With Netflix & Catch up I spent as much time watching the buffering logo as the show. Skylight installed their new Govt sponsored system. Easy install - less than half a day in appalling weather. An antenna mounted outside and new router. They advertise 100 mbps - I consistently get between 100mbps and 125 mbps. No buffering and the internet has improved immeasurably - like greased lightning and no drop outs. The Engineers/ Fitters were very efficient and couldn't be more helpful. I can't recommend the company and their service highly enough.

They were brilliant and installed broadband that was as fast as my sons connection in central London. I can't recommend them highly enough they can help homes in the most remote parts of the South Hams areas that other companies can't. Brilliant easy to work with company

GBExcellent Company. This was a new service offered via our holiday park owner at our static caravan. After a few ‘teething’ problems the Wi-fi is very good and it has allowed us to enjoy the facilities, I.e., smart TV, Google Home, iPad, etc. we have at home. In addition the customer care provided by the company personnel is excellent and professional. The cost is also reasonable and competitive. I can definitely recommend the Company. Thank you.

GBGreat installation Very happy with the outcome of the broadband installation. It looked as if it would be almost impossible but the two engineers managed to find one site which found a good signal.

GBProvides satellite broadband where no… Provides satellite broadband where no fibre exists or cant be installed. When the signal is active it's not a bad service, but in a typical month we normally lose a couple of days for outages (which are never explained, communicated, or apologised for), and signal strength varies a lot below the 30 Mbps we pay for. Better than nothing, but overall quite unreliable. Customer Service responds quickly, normally within a day, but never really proactive, or with details of outages or why there are poor speeds in service.
