GBProvides satellite broadband where no… Provides satellite broadband where no fibre exists or cant be installed. When the signal is active it's not a bad service, but in a typical month we normally lose a couple of days for outages (which are never explained, communicated, or apologised for), and signal strength varies a lot below the 30 Mbps we pay for. Better than nothing, but overall quite unreliable. Customer Service responds quickly, normally within a day, but never really proactive, or with details of outages or why there are poor speeds in service.

GBWe live in a small communal farmstead… We live in a small communal farmstead consisting of 6 dwellings, all suffering the same unacceptably slow broadband via copper landlines with no solution to our problem. After years of complaints and callouts to BT I heard of Skylight through a neighbour in the next valley. Inital contact was to set up a meeting to discuss solution as we live in a blind valley. Their attending engineer was positive, with a can-do attitude. As soon as my obligation was completed (pole erection, power etc) They installed their equipment in one day and hooray, in one fell swoop the end of all 6 dwellings suffering of slow and non existant broadband, and at a competetive price. Never looked back since.

GBDue to having very poor Internet with… Due to having very poor Internet with other broadband suppliers I contacted skylight. They were brilliant and installed broadband that was as fast as my sons connection in central London. I can't recommend them highly enough they can help homes in the most remote parts of the South Hams areas that other companies can't. Brilliant easy to work with company

GBThe Best Our broadband had stopped working due to the receiver on the roof becoming loose. The engineer turned up and even though it was not the best of weather climbed onto the roof and sorted the problem. There are a lot of people that would have taken one look and said no. Cannot thank Skylight Broadband and it’s engineer enough.
