Unprofessional Organization We signed up to use the software. Our team ran a couple of campaigns and stopped using it after we paid for a year. We quit logging in and received no notice from the company that this would auto-renew. They auto-renewed even though we told them we were no longer interested in using the product claiming we were one day past the cancellation day. We asked to be escalated and have been largely ignored. This company has poor business practices. Avoid at all costs.

ClickedIn - an essential new business generation tool! ClickedIn - an essential new business generation tool! I have been using ClickedIn successfully for the last 6 months. It has been a welcome addition to my LinkedIn connection and outreach messaging strategy. My account manager is Tatiana Diordieva (previously Anastasia Yaroshenko) and I have to say that the level of service and support I have received from both has been consistently FIVE STAR! ClickedIn is a very useful tool and a welcome addition to my new business generation tech stack. You really do have to invest a little time at the beginning to get your campaigns dialled in properly. This does mean that you won't get instant great results. Persevere, continue to refine and allow your account managers to advise you (we don't always know best) - they are very good and genuinely want your campaigns to work and for you to get good results.
