Good overall I do not have anything other than positive to say. Cool tool to have, I have a "pro" plan, and have all the features that I need. Customer support is great. I needed help and the developer went above and beyond to help me properly integrate the summarizing tool and the scraper in my workflow, which was not easy at all. But hopefully the API itself is very straightforward.
