CAThis software has been a game changer... This software has been a game changer with my network jobs, but my experience with Netspot support has been something I have never experienced with a software company. I wrote into support and asked if there was a way to get more AP model settings in the Planning feature of Netspot. I got a reply back within 30mins asking which APs I prefer to use, and that they would add them from me. I expected that would mean seeing these AP models in a future update release, but instead I received an email, about 8 days, later stating that my AP models were added. That day I build my plan and quoted my customer with confidence that the AP planning would be close to real world expectations. I have never had a software company come through like this. I am totally impressed with this company and their product. I wish other companies could learn from Netspot. Great job guys!!

AUSupport was incredibly prompt and… Support was incredibly prompt and resolved the issue with my registration code on the first contact. The app is a must have - all my deadspots are gone.
