I developed and now manage a Homeowners Association website… I developed and now manage a website for a 2200 member Homeowners Association (HOA) in Arizona. Using Dante, I was able to build in an afternoon a Knowledge Base created by "feeding" Dante all of our Governing Documents and all of the text on our website. We now have a Chatbot which answers questions like.."I want to repaint my house...what do I need to do" and my neighbor's dog barks al night, how can the HOA help me deal with this" In each case, in a minute or less Dante delivers a well written and CORRECT answer having drawn information from more than one of our documents, forms used to apply for Architectural Approval, our Codes Covenants and Restrictions, anti-harassment policy and the necessary forms used to apply for approval of the paint job and file a violation report on the dog. I am using ChatGPT 4 as the LLM, it is giving me well coordinated and researched answers. I have tried three similar systems and Dante is clearly the most impressive.

Great product Great product. Have been researching the space, and Dante AI came on top for the business to business use case. Killer features include the fact they are model agnostic, clarity on the management of the knowledge center (enabling controlled training), WhatsApp support, and the upcoming Live Agent / Handover to a Human feature (super excited about this as it’s going to disrupt the space). The pricing model is also very clear. Had the chance to speak with the founders (James and Ilir). Very nice chaps - they have a strong vision for the company and how that will fit into how GPTs marketplace will eventually evolve.
