Good quality! The Blue Dot Pillow is a little firm when I first tried it. However, once I placed my head into the blue dot center of the pillow, it cradled my head for a relaxed experience. But my personal experience it felt too low. The website does offer a lifting insert.

Happy Neck! On a girl’s trip, we stayed at an AirBnB- they had the button butterfly pillows. I fractured my neck in a car accident 30+ years ago and have neck pain intermittently since then.
