PKA very professional agency. It was a very interesting and beneficial experience with Commersys. Due to a complication in the latter half of the project, there was some misunderstanding in about deliverables but I am happy to report that the customer care department intervened to resolve the problem just as I had requested and delivered a robust, working solution.
