Great software Great software, easy web based applet. Worked for our restaurant during the lockdowns to thin the crowds, as we could text them when theit tables were ready, rather then having them wiat at the store.

Very efficiant booking system for a festival We used Waitwhile for two months in the frame of the VR Arles Festival 2019. We welcomed about 40 000 visitors and each of them registered for one of the 18 immersive experiences presented at the festival. We used a rotative screen to indicate the waiting time per experience in the festival's patio. The system proved to be very efficient and easy to use for our staff. Waitwhile's customer service has been very helpful before during and after our event ended. I would highly recommend their app.
