Longtime satisfied customer I’ve been a customer for many years and have never used a Vitaman product that I didn’t like. I use your hair and skin products every day and night and have no intention of stopping. Thank you for your quality control and great customer service.

It takes weeks to months to get a routine down. Thus it takes months to get the ordering cycle correct. But even then you have to adjust ever now and then. Love the products from Vitaman. At 70 years old, these skin and hair products are what I could not find anywhere else. And the attention to detail from all the people is a comfort. Even in this digital age I feel that one email or phone call will solve any problems!

Awesome response to a problem with my order The delivery was fine, but when I opened the box, the hair gel container was not sealed properly, and the unit leaked. Also, the shampoo I received was a problem because I couldn't get the pump to function and had to take the pump out and pour the shampoo onto my hand while having my shower. However, after sending my concerns, VITAMAN responded quickly and replaced the products without hassle or delay. That's more than I expected, and it made me a dedicated customer! Best bang for your buck Been using various Vitaman products for a few years now. Customer service is always top-notch. I’ve tried other less expensive brands to save money, but always find myself coming back. I don’t think the quality can be beat for the price.
