Not everything is a hit right off the bat, but I love the opportunity to try something for 60 days and get a refund if it isn’t what I need. Many tools show enough promise that I’m happy to support their development with the hope that they’ll continue to improve and I’ll be glad to have a lifetime deal at some future point. Really great customer support The support is really understanding and willing to work with you. For example, one time I bought a product that was only available on appsumo plus, but I had totally missed the part where once a product isn't on the market anymore you can't upgrade the license anymore either, which ruined the whole point of the product that I bought. So now I was stuck with the 100$ plus subscription for nothing. But the appsumo support made an exception and refunded my appsumo plus plan. So yes overall a great platform and awesome customer support team.

Anna very quickly responded and could not have been more helpful in sorting it all out with me. We exchanged about 6 or 7 emails to resolve it and she was really pleasant and very efficient.
