ZAcustomer experience is terrible Been with the company for 3 year now. And must really say there support is no existing. IF there is any issue you have to solve it yourself and I found the support staff to be arrogant and rude. We also upgraded to a higher Plan to try the dedicated support and IP. We found our delivery rates has not improved at all and we got no support to a issue we raised so why pay more ? We will continue to use them though even if my rating dropped from a 4 star down to a 1 over the last 3 years(on trust pilot) as to move your whole account to a new provider is such a mission. However should the opportunity arise we strongly consider moving. After submitting a ticket and asking for help this is the respond we got. ITHi I had my account hacked Hi I had my account hacked, tried several times to get help but international service wasn't able to resolve. Asked help at Italian support, and delt with Francesco that resolved immediately my problem. Thanks Francesco.

GBPoor Customer Experience. Don't Buy it We have integrated Turbo SMTP into our quote form. All my emails are going to spam. I have been contacting your customer support for three days. I have only one answer from your team, saying that you're testing it. It's been three days. I haven't heard from you. Today, I contacted them again. But I heard the same response as expected.

GBHermel was a star… Hermel helped me find a really optimum package for my needs. I was surprised and delighted. The SMTP service is first class. Incidentally, I found a higher response rate by disabling tracking.
