Slow/No verification (fixed) I've withdrawn some cheap skins earlier, but now, as I got 96k coins, they won't verify me, so I can't buy anything. Usually it took them a few hours or max 24hrs to verify, now I'm waiting for 5 days already.. Update 04.02.2021 It turned out that there's a 30 day investigation, the support won't reply at that time. It's finally over today, so I'm able to withdraw again.

Please e-mail us at support mail or open a support ticket. Second time it said: Could not withdraw items: items became unavailable or prices changed. Please try again! Imagine i tried hard to save 2595 points for awp mortis then when I withdraw it said this :(
