This makes it very simple working directly with my clients when they are searching for home and communicating with me. When they favorite a property I can check that out at any time. I love being able to have a simple way to access the "Back office" pieces when on the go as well.

GBDo NOT get their concierge service Do NOT get their concierge service. It is a WASTE of money and you'll figure this out quickly enough but you'll be locked into a contract AND they lock-up your Google business acct to them, too. I am still trying to get them to turn OFF their control of my account two months later after six months of the worst results from ad spend I've seen. We got one deal closed from the effort. Terrible leads and customer service. The regular app is fine and helpful, but do not pay them extra money!!!

GBMUST HAVE APP!! I have been using Homesnap ever since I first started as a real estate agent a few years ago and it has been such an invaluable tool. What I love most is being able to walk property lines while I'm out in the field and the in app communications with my clients and other agents. It helps keep me organized while I'm on the move (which is always). I highly recommend any agents that are not using Homesnap to join.. you will not be disappointed!

GBNeeded my email to be updated I contacted Homesnap to report that the email associated with my profile was from an old brokerage and that I could not verify my new email. The issue was fixed by Homesnap in what felt like less than 1 min from the time I sent my email. I've been obsessed with using the app to its fullest potential since.
