Canceling before renewal starts is nonrefundable Horrible cancellation policy, they will charge you prior to end of contract and do not give a refund when you cancel two weeks before end of contract. The software was not worth it, for example it’s not disability friendly, had limited selection of furniture, and limitations to vaulting designs. It’s a scam.

Although I do think that there are couple of things that could be better, i.e., making it easier to manipulate the models, make models and more variation in lighting views, it's the best/easiest software I've come across that isn't over the top expensive.
