If heart is what counts I give them 5/5. To date they have never left us in the lurch, at times issues have taken a while to solve, but that is always the case with complex plugins!

Poor quality of Songoda.com We used several plugins from songoda.com on our server, but unfortunately, they caused us a lot of trouble. The plugins are nicely presented on their marketplace, but as soon as you buy a plugin, your TPS will drop significantly. We contacted a developer to review the source code of the .jar files, and it quickly turned out why the plugin was lagging the server (due to bad coding). We've tried to review the plugins on their marketplace, but they seem to delete bad reviews... We highly recommend not using plugins from this company.
