Update: They made it right. I bought the Flux Elixir plug-in and never could get it to work. I reached out to The FX Chain for help and they referred me to Plugivery. I reached out to Plugivery and they referred me to Flux. I went back and forth with Flux and it took long waits between messages and I did everything they recommended and still never got the plug-in downloaded and working. I will never do business with any of these companies again. Update: The FXchain reached out to me and made things right, so I am amending my review and adding a few more stars. In the end, customer service matters!!

I can't make transaction I can't make transaction, FXchain cancelled my order, make a refund & says my order was Fraudulent. I emailed FXchain, no single word And suddenly now I have to rate my experience? I think 1 star is enough

Order "cancelled" by the seller… The order was "cancelled" by the seller almost immediately after payment. No response to two messages. No refund. [EDIT] Hmm, the order was finally completed. But why only after Paypal's intervention? Shopping for software shouldn't be difficult today, right?
