GBBrilliant- not just software… Brilliant company- not just a software company, they're a business support company. There is so much within the software which saves a significant amount of time and money, such as marekting campaigns, wait list fucntionality, invite to google reviews (this more than tripled our new client visits) not to mention their workshops, auto emails for new clients and aftercare, e consulations and after 17 years has reduced our cashing up from 15-30mins to 5 mins. AIWe been using this software now for 2… We been using this software now for 2 years. I like most of what Phorest has to offer. The reason for giving 3 stars is that Phorest stops responding while you work on updates in inventory, prices etc. I have to shut down and restart, this is very annoying. And there seems to be no fix for that.
