Extremely disappointed with quality of work. I gave a very specific brief on what we were wanting for our website design. The work that was done by the first review was so far off the mark, and unaligned to what I had requested, I made the decision to pull the work ...because I didn't want any further work to be carried out. I requested a refund. It turns out I had a "special offer" and was not entitled to a refund of the 50% I had paid ($400), instead they insisted I pay the remaining $400, so they could keep working on my project. I was so disappointed in the quality of work (which included spelling the name of my business incorrectly), and after multiple emails requesting a refund, they simply stopped responding. I would not recommend Infinix Enterprises.

It is possible to create a good website with Infinix if you have time and patience My main contact was Eddie. Like another reviewer said, I was hesitant to try this unfamiliar company, but it is possible to create a good website with Infinix Enterprises if you have time (no rush) and patience. I found Eddie to be quite friendly and response times were quick. My questions were answered promptly and generally most of what I asked for was eventually carried out and I am now happy with how my website looks / functions after tweaking things myself. It took a while to get my website up and running (several months, though to be fair my responses were slow at the start, but communicated daily at some stages), and a lot of verbal input / reminding from myself. Would be nice if the team could keep track of things better and spot minor unintentional shifts that occur when something else on the website is adjusted, rather than me needing to notify them. Sometimes they forgot my instructions and I needed to remind them of what I was looking for. Drawings / images definitely help, instead of only verbal instructions. On some occasions I asked them to do something and Eddie acknowledged the request, but after waiting for some time and contacting again there was a lack of progress. WordPress website building quote was reasonable (£250), but there were additional costs involved that made the project more expensive than initially anticipated. I am a student and not in full-time work/business, so the costs are more significant to me than to a businessperson. Perhaps their offerings would be completely reasonably priced if you are a businessperson with a large income and see your website as an investment. I admit that my ambitions grew a little throughout the project, which led to additional requirements. This would have been fine if everything I paid for worked flawlessly, but there were discrepancies. There were several issues I had to figure out how to fix as even after contacting Eddie and being reassured that everything was looked at and now working fine, it was not fine. I paid their team extra to get cookie compliance and everything to meet legal GDPR requirements (as per Eddie's suggestion), but this was done only at a superficial level. I informed the team of this, and I was told it would be looked into, but nothing changed. To achieve full compliance I would then need to pay an extra monthly service fee to another provider for the plugin the team installed. A bit pushy sales. I complained that my website was loading slowly when new, and Eddie offered a service to help with this for £249/month including SEO. I said this was too much and I didn't need SEO but just for everything to run smoothly. Then Eddie offered to do only the speed optimisation for £100 with a paid plugin. But after some Googling and finding a good plugin, I managed to speed up my website myself for completely free. I suppose it's the same with many companies/services, sometimes you can do something for free if you are willing to put in a couple research hours. You will learn to do many things yourself after some time getting used to the interface once the controls are eventually handed over to you once your website is up and running. If you are wondering whether you really need something, they will be happy to explain to you and let you decide whether it is worth it for you or not. They will not try to force anything, but just make sure to ask about what you are getting (as you should with all businesses). Several months later I was offered a discount for the SEO service at £150/month, which I still was not interested in. Though again I suppose this is not unlike every other company who occasionally sends product discount emails/letters, everyone is doing it, but the perception is different when being asked directly. Overall, depending on what you are looking for, what your ambitions are, and if your budget is low, Infinix could be great for you. The team are friendly, but the process will take time. I hope Eddie and the team can take this feedback constructively to improve their services and assist potential customers in a more organised manner.
