Waste of my god darn moneyyyyy I avoided writing my own letter out of fear that it would be too basic and simply lack the proper terminology necessary to make a strong case. To my dismay, I just paid $25 for disputebee to write laconic letters consisting of about 6 sentences, most of which uses aggressive language. Not to mention, one letter demands a signed consumer contract, which, a quick trip down the credit rabbit hole will show is pretty easy to furnish. Requesting the purchase agreement, confirming that the current debt collector actually owns the debt, is more effective. Nonetheless, if THESE are the letters consumers are submitting, it seems I will A OKAY on my own.
