Their support is terrible. The tickets are answered very late and they request you to not send them any reminder messages even if it is just a message per week on tickets pending for almost a month!

Updated review: Service is still pretty good, other than the long wait times and the slow support, but with cheap servers, you either get great support and bad quality products or bad support bit quality products.
