Reminders/Alerts DO NOT WORK, if you need this function, stay away from this product Unfortunately this products 'reminders/alerts' for events do not work in clients calendars. This is something they advertise that their product is capable of, but it's not. We tried multiple times to troubleshoot this ourselves, with our clients and had no success. In fact, even when clients tried to manually adjust the events in their own calendars this failed. We then contacted Addevent and their response was it was a problem with all the major calendars not their product. ...welp Addevent, if you make a calendar-add product that does not properly function in all the major calendars like google, outlook, apple, etc., then your product is useless. So if you need alerts/reminders to function for the group you share the events with, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. Furthermore after explaining this to them and requesting a refund on the remaining 10months of our 1 yr plan, we were told no, the best they could do would be offer us a credit to use their service (which doesn't work) at a later date. Um no thanks, keep the money and now other consumers can hopefully be aware of their failures before making similar mistakes.

WWW: Wouldn't Work Without AddEvent AddEvent... it makes my list of "WWW" which symbolizes: Wouldn't Work Without I teach a course here at a university, and students in Zoom land are not visiting campus every day. As such, AddEvent is a simple and elegant way of updating everyone's calendar at the same time. Also, the ability to send an email with a "link to add to your calendar" to anyone streamlines workflow and saves us time. I highly recommend anyone who needs to keep calendars updated use AddEvent.

10/10 product and service Add Event is a sleek and visually pleasing product, doing exactly what we needed it for. Also, the team have been providing hands-down the best customer service I have received when using a tech product/software, even from the other side of the world (thanks Michael). 10/10 would recommend.

High Recommendation for AddEvent We decided to use AddEvent for a few reasons. Two of those include the ability to customize the event and control PII. Another reason we chose AddEvent was because we were able to add an accessibility feature to the event page, which keeps our company compliant. Finally, they don’t use (or sell) our event list for their marketing. Beyond features, we’ve found the support staff to be very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.

A Wonderful Experience We implemented AddEvent into our business a few months ago, and it has been a wonderful experience. It's very convenient for recording prospective attendees, reminding the prospective attendees, and for offering our clients a full sync-able calendar of all our events. The customer service has also been very efficient and helpful in catering to our specific needs.
