I have been ordering from Hope Health Supply since I first saw an online ad displayed on my local newspaper's website during the Public Health Emergency due to COVID-19. I still wear a mask when out in public, especially in places where there are many people, such as a grocery store or public library.

4th order 1st time Mask not shipped or received… Haven't been able to correspond with company and $92 order has not been shipped and order was placed on the 17th of March This is my 4th order from this company and they've been received on time and when I had an issue they replaced the mask at no charge. I'm not sure what happen this time

Pros and cons The package came quickly and the variety of colors is great. My only disappointment is the adjustment bars. They are both ugly and a bit stiff. The concept is ok, but for colored masks, white and soft might have been better than black and hard.
