It's the shipping I like the products themselves (vitamins & collagen), I've noticed my joints aren't so stiff and I have about the same amount of energy that I would get from 2-3 cups of straight black coffee. I use the collagen with the shot glass that it came with and i drink 1 tsbp one day then every other 2 tsbp and 2 vitamins a day. The thing is, standard shipping is 3-10 regular/business/whatever days, so it ended up being over 3 weeks before it arrived. I still have plenty of vitamins but I'm almost out of collagen and I should've ordered it last week since I takes a good minute to get here.

Outstanding product with caring… Outstanding product with caring customer service. A rarity these days is finding a solid product and even more so with caring customer service. Whomever you are employing to communicate with clients - keep them onboard and do not send that overseas! It feels as if we are truly having an exchange with a health partner.

Misleading prices Misleading prices. My total was $65 and they charged my credit card $92. Absolutely unbelievable. Such a scam thing to do! And my first time ordering. Very very disappointed.

Great costumer service, great products I misunderstood how the trial process worked, and panicked when the cost came off my card, despite this being my fault Melissa responded to my email right away with more help than I could've asked for. The products I've ordered are amazing (and delicious) and I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend doing what I did, and ditching whatever gross grocery store supplements you're using, and going with spoiled child :)
