GBI inadvertently ordered the wrong item… I inadvertently ordered the wrong item and didn't see it was a total of 6 in a pack. Opened the box upon arrival and within a few days, requested to return. This was not acceptable to the company, as they have a "No Buyer's Remorse" policy. That's unacceptable !!! Should have ordered off Amazon !

GBMissing item Updating my review. After I resent the email, they looked into the issue and promptly solved it in a generous manner. Customer service is very important, and I will raise my stars⭐️⭐️⭐️ ---- Although I purchased 2 orders of 3 packs of an item, only 2pcs were delivered in the bag, and 4pcs are missing. I send an email during the weekend asking if they are sending the rest of them separately. It's almost Thursday, and still waiting for their response.
