The boxes of ZO products were open and… The boxes of ZO products were open and the lotion didn’t have the tamper evident sticker and came out with first pump. Makes me wonder if they had been used before.

My experience lodging orders with… My experience lodging orders with Dermalogyskincare.com has always been just...middling. From browsing produycts to paiding, it's usually been typical. It takkes over aweek to get the item and I ofton receiive my items in a battered up box. The prices for produvts are about average but that doesn't compenaste for the long shippng times. Even so, elmployees are always polite and helpful regardlessd of my situation.

SO GLAD I found them when googling Zo Skin. I had my order in original packaging within a few days. These folks were great and loved the discount. The products arrived quickly The products arrived quickly. Which I appreciated. They were, unfortunately, mailed to the billing address instead of the shipping address. A minor inconvenience. Customer service did respond quickly when I let them know my package was mislabeled.
