Not transparent in pricing, bad customer support for an actually handy tool They are overpriced for the market compared to others, Software starts at 67$, then another upgrade to enterprise for 97$ more. Their customer support is friendly, but not good. The software would actually be nice, if they wouldn't focus on profit more than customer satisfaction! The pricing for the plans is not transparent at all. Also, that login and purchasing in another app/site (voomly) is more complicated than it would have to be.

My Favourite Doodle Maker I purchased Doodly some 3-4 years ago and have been using it since then. Have made some Doodle Ads for our Institute. Its super awesome. Although, I feel you need to provide an Update for Animated characters in it. I like the Email Support. Very prompt reply.

New customer I just started using it but I think it’s awesome and fun. Using video tutorials makes it straightforward to work with. I am curious to find out all about it. I think it would be also great to add another feature (if you already don’t have it): the way each character appears on the slide (for example, if I have a picture of a rocket, set up a time when I want it to appear in a particular slide - 5s after the slide begins sliding from the buttom to the top). Great tool Really cool way of doing presentations. Quick to pull together, a bit fiddly to get the voice over lined up with the graphics but with a bit of practice you'll get a lot quicker. The only thing limiting you is your own imagination and creativeness.

Good to use Good to use. Wish I could crop images but I understand that will mess up hand strokes. Wish sound recorder was a little more advanced. Could use more construction images and real estate images. Need more urban characters people of color. But that said, it’s a very useful software with a great set of YouTube videos.
