I was not able to resolve this issue for continuous 13days but contacting support resolved my problem. Also would like to name Victor and alexander for the extra support.

TRHost service is good. Flat rate is fake. That is one time discount only. Host service is good. However please take care of flat rate offer. There is no flat rate. They are offering one time offer under the name of Flat Rate. This is support team's answer to me. Yes, it is a flat discount as we are running a promotion currently. So the renewal cost is set up as per the regular price. I'll request you contact on renewal next time, so we'll get the discount ongoing offer applied that time.

BRI think there a lot miss information in… I think there a lot miss information in Plans features.., every time I asked about details or limits, the support didn´t understand my questions or answer with a complete different subject. Another problem is they have coupons that we cant trust will be same price after the first payment cicle. So if you pay early, you will have that for a year and probably will have to migrate to another company because they dont let you repete that coupon code. So the promotion is almost useless considering nobody want to migrate each month or year. Usually who works with Internet wanna rest about supplier prices.

AEBe aware of their billing scams They have serious issues with their billing system and staff. The never update invoices status after paypal payments and keep asking for payment several times for same paid invoices over about 15 days. Contacting them for this dozen of times but clearly they do this on purpose so If you don't keep following they would keep stealing

BRhostripples downtime everyday hostripples my sites were offline 2 to 7 times a day, short periods of 20 minutes downtime. They always respond by apologizing, saying it won't happen again. Spends 2 days repeating everything. Poor service! They didn't want to return the money, so I started using it. I did several bad reviews, then they started to block my IPs so as not to access the Control Panels. They are very irresponsible people.
