ZonGuru has really improved ZonGuru has really improved since it first started. The easy to use graphical interface is perfect for beginners while now having many features for advanced sellers. I've used a few different software offerings in the market over the last few years and still keep coming back to ZonGuru for how easy it is. Let's not forget how good and fast the support from the team is. They should price it a bit higher IMO.

They say you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear: Well, that's why I'm using the ZonGuru application to find a silk purse in the first place, coupled with a modern team who've got the communication skills & smarts on how to do just that. I cancelled my subscription 3 payments… I cancelled my subscription 3 payments ago. They are still taking money out of my account. What the hell do I have to do to stop this outright thievery. I’ve been on their chat , they say it’s fixed but it never is . Absolute joke as far as customer service or care.

So many great ideas behind the suite of tools, follow the 12 steps - keyword on fire, target and filter long tail, optimize your listing and pull the back end listing of your competitors, check your ASIN checker, and use the spotlight tool, WOW.., and updates, utube trainings and interviews with experts. The guys and girls have been amazingly helpful and are there responding quickly = its got it all.

I have tried to cancel my subscription… I have tried to cancel my subscription 2 years in a row, but they keep taking money out for the yearly subscription. I have emailed them, but all they do is referring to terms and condition. They say it’s fixed but it clearly isn't . Non exiting customer service or care. Very unprofessional company! STAY AWAY from them!
