GBSuper fast excellent service.Shipped… Super fast excellent service.Shipped within 8 hrs of placing order.But,there was a problem with foil and cutter i got.Ive put these in many times before,I made Shaver Outlet aware,Asked them to make it right,Got asked for model number,complied.Then basiclly told not in exact words,that i didnt know what i was doing,making it my fault,so they didnt have to send replacment.This thing wouldnt cut peach fuzz.Stay Far far away from these people,if you value customer service.Update:Found a remington foil and cutter NOS I had in my cabinet ,Didnt know i had.Now shaver works like NEW.Guess i know what im doing after all.Also I was never offered any kind of solution as Shaver Outlet stated

GBGreat Shopping Experience — No Complaints Whatsoever! I, admittedly, am not a handy person. So, dealing with tiny little screws to replace an old battery was not going to happen. But this "snap off the old blade and snap it into the new handle" was a ... snap. It, truly, couldn't have been easier and faster to do. I was a little hesitant with purchasing from an unknown entity. But my pre-purchase correspondence with Brian was clear and respectful. And he gave me good advise, steering me toward the simpler solution to my problem. The transaction went as smooth as smooth could be. The new handle (with all of the various components inside) appear to be in perfect condition, were well packaged and arrived very quickly. No complaints whatsoever.

GBGreat service! I needed a replacement charger for a shaver. The aftermarket versions sold on Amazon claimed to be compatible, but many reviews confirmed that they in fact were not. But Brian at Shaver Outlet knew exactly what he was talking about and promptly shipped me the correct charger. A first-class professional.

GBOrdered a replacement screen and blades… Ordered a replacement screen and blades for my Remington electric razor. No mention anywhere of backorder, nor was it mentioned on my receipt. After 9 days of silence I ask about shipping and told its on backorder. After voicing my displeasure, they canceled my order without asking me if I wanted to do that. Very unprofessional. And for the record, no Red Lettering anywhere saying backorder. Not when I ordered and not on receipt. Nonsense
