Unlike metability and aureus, they don't blacklist you for no reason. The chat is kind and will solve your problems with the application. Staff members actually respond to your queries, instead of ghosting you and closing the ticket the day later (definetly not looking at you aureus) Premium lets you access more than 20 high-player games and allows you to receive immunity from being blacklisted by map changers. As a standard, you still are given great games for a low price but, in conclusion, I would advise to purchase premium, as it is much better and cheaper, while the price is often lowered further with coupons and discounts.
