After using pro version of this… After using pro version of this software for few weeks, i am actually pretty impressed with it as it gives better results than what I used previously.

It Does Exactly As Claimed. It does exactly as advertised, Works well on a fast PC , Only reason I gave them 4 stars is the license renewal company Digital River some how forgot to renew my license and I had to wait a couple of days for them to sort out there mess , During this time I was contacted by the MuConvert twice to follow up to see if the my problem was resolved. Muconvert's customer support was excellent, Digital River’s customer support was second rate compared to them.

The company is scam The company is scam. The software is not working. And any attempt to contact "support" department is a bad joke. They will send you the standard text "please describe your problem". If you describe it 10 times - they will ask you again. Do not waste your money on them!

Geat converter The converter is great. It works pretty fast. You can insert multiple audiobooks and have them converted. The support is very good and very friendli. I'm very satisfied.
