With my recent purchase, I had a very great customer service experience. I had a slow moment and did not add the suite number to my package, so it could not be delivered and was returned to the warehouse. I reached out to customer service and they were able to fix it and within days my purchase was resent to me. I was truly grateful for the professionalism and quick response to addressing my problem.

I love the way shapellx feels on my body! I was sooooo excited about my Airslim firm tummy compression body suit, it came in the mail within a week. Not for short women! I ordered the jumpsuit which didn't fit because it's made for average height women...but it took 3Emails to get the info to return my order not satisfied at all with everything.

The leg edges rise up and fold. I also, purchased the CoreSculpt™ Seamless Eco Support Bra × 1. It's terrible. Not something I would recommend.
